What this app stores

• Your account: email address, display name, and a password, stored as a hash rather than in plain text.
• The groups you belong to, and who else is in them.
• The players, rounds, and scores you or your group enter.

Scanning a scorecard

When you scan a scorecard, the photo goes to a hosted vision model to be read, then comes back as a draft scorecard for you to check.

That's the only thing that ever leaves this server. The photo is never stored, here or at the vendor. It is read once, turned into a draft, then gone.

If scanning isn't switched on where you're running this, none of it applies. Every round is typed in by hand.
